Biden is interviewing candidates at the same time he’s trying to negotiate a diplomatic end to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s aggressive maneuvering in Ukraine.

"Aggressive maneuvering" as a euphemism for "hostile invasion" has to rank right up there with "mostly peaceful protests" as a euphemism for violent riots.
