Tallpine when did Montana legalize dope? 50/50 state legislature split?

Some clowns in Montana want to make it law that the state legislature has to be a 50/50 split by gender.  Imagine the scenarios that could be opened up if this were to pass and upheld.

I doubt they will get enough signatures.

I saw it today and noticed you hadn't yet posted about it, so I assumed you hadn't seen it yet.
