Swamp Thing? Alien? Bigfoot? Gollum?

In all seriousness it's probably just some meth-head caught "just right" with the night vision game trail camera.

But, wow, is that a creepy pic.

Yeah, the right IR frequency will look really weird under the right conditions. Out of focus, and possibly going through some of the clothing, or reflecting really funny off of it. IR albedo can be completely different than visible light. If you've seen NVG images people wearing black clothing may appear lighter in NIR than people wearing white etc.

NVM... hoax or a shop...

It's been a popular passtime in the past year or so to take people's game cameras take the memory card out, photoshop up an image that's scary, or even just outrageous pics of game, Like the buck of a lifetime etc. then reinsert the card for the owner to find it.
I promise not to duck.

Looks like a "Hunger" from the video game Morrowind.

I'm guessing AJ's explanation is probably the case.
I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought

Its Bush's fault
Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".

Fistful in his Halloween costume?  Or is it really a costume...?   :O
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.

It's been hiding out in the woods so long that it's forgot how to be a man.

Reavers ain't men...... ;)
Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
