There is more than one groundhog that comes out of a burrow to predict spring.  Who knew?

 .22 LR has worked well for me. 22 mag if they are at a distance

I've killed groundhogs with .22 LR, .22-250, .243, .220 Swift, .30-06, .300 Savage, and .25-20.

My go to last year was .300BLK subsonic through a suppressed SBR AR15.  Fun for me, but not for the groundhogs.

.22LR works just fine.
In this case it was plain old Federal bulk stuff.

Unpossible. You need at least a GAU-8
