Keep in mind their definition of “losing the election” is also “but he lost the popular vote!”...especially with the Supreme Court ruling about the EC the other day.

The temper tantrum if he wins (or should I say that when) will be epic, even beyond the last four years.

I saw a couple of talking heads saying that the "win" for the Manhattan DA isn't quite what it's portrayed as - the gist was that POTUS does not have total immunity from state prosecutors, but there's a high bar and various legal arguments are still available to the DA's target (e.g., Trump or any other future POTUS) when it goes back to a lower court.

IANAL and I don't completely trust things I see on TV from either side, but I suspect this little bit of drama isn't over yet.

I caught some of Rush yesterday.  He pointed out the SC did not order Trump to release his records.  They just said his argument of total immunity was not true and sent it back to the lower court.  So Trump's legal team will go back to court and make other arguments.  The main gist was that his tax records would NOT be released before the election as the issue would still be tied up in the courts.
