HForrest:
Just finished reading this book. I generally do not like reading... on very few occasions have I read a book simply because I wanted to. However, I was intrigued by Hunter S. Thompson. The book was great. Although I haven't read many books, this is my absolute favorite. It's hard to describe, but I'm sure many here have read it. One the easiest books I've ever read, too. Very quick.I will definitely read more Hunter S. Thompson books.

Favorite quote:
"We can't stop here. This is bat country!"

duck hunt:
Welcome to the dark side, Combat Wombat.  That's been my favorite book for 25 years.

My friend loves that book.  I oughta read it some day.

thorn:
i read that book in high school, one of those books a friend gives you and says
"you HAVE to read this!!!!!"

yeah it's pretty darn good.

i would say the movie is pretty much the BEST way for an inexperienced person to see what it is like to turn on.

that scene of them checking into the hotel. too much!

K Frame:
The first time I read Fear and Loathing, I found it to be absolutely HYSTERICAL.

The second time I read it, a few years later, it was the single most depressing thing I had ever read.
