Someone's gonna have to do a lot of explaining. I have my doubts they will be able to do a satisfactory job.
I also have my doubts anything meaningful is going to come out of this.

I doubt anything will change either.
Not notifying the parents of the one girl who was alive is pretty bad. I understand they were distracted a couple hours later, but that should have been immediate.
