New, simple recipe for T-giving

(1/5) > >>

K Frame:
I'm eating with friends this year, and I've been asked to bring a green vegetable.

I'm going simple, but what should be really tasty -- roasted broccoli, bacon, and garlic. http://nomnompaleo.com/post/1626061164/roasted-broccoli-bacon-recipe

Dressed with some olive or grape seed oil for roasting, and then a final dressing with either a splash of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.

Ought to be nice.

Ben:
I need to try that. I'm one of the weridos that actually likes broccoli (with stuff on it), but I've never roasted it. I roast asparagus all the time.

charby:
Don't forget to top it with Fritos and shredded cheese.  [popcorn]

I'm thinking some ground Romano or Parmesan cheese might be a nice finish on it, as well.
