Nah...

It's apparently just a site that Rockstar Games created to help promote Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas.

Cluckin Bell is one of the interactive restaurants in the game.  Having seen that site I looked for something similar for Burger Shot & Well-Stacked Pizza; no luck though.

link worked for me again today.

I was looking for place to purchase free range chickens and that page came up
