how does one make fried ice cream???  saw it mentioned there,  anybody gots a recipe??

okay from what I understand

Take a ball of super hard ice cream and roll it in a cinnamon sugar mixture so it looks like it has been breaded and deep fat fried. Then place on a cinnamon flour tortilla. Top with whip cream, carmel, cherry or whatever else you put on a sundae, up the price a few bucks because its "fried" and serve it.

Take another ball of not so hard ice cream. Roll it in chocolate covered pretzel pieces, freeze it till it's super hard and then deep fry it but not too long, you'll get the hang of it. Creates a nice crunchy coating.

Garnish with your favorite statin drug. Lipitor, Zocor. Prevacid adds an interesting note to the flavor.
