Was feeling a little glum, what with it being the Monday a.m of a 72 hour week when I got in this morning.
a) Had an email from my boss telling me I had a raise coming on the next pay period.
b) Equipment ran right all day (first 9 hours of the day anyway)
c) Boss stopped by on his way home for the day and said "We're having a power outage tomorrow, why don't you take a vacation day"?
So, I've got my work caught up and I'm sitting here having a cup of coffee thinking about whether I'll take my daughter to the zoo tomorrow or shooting. We did a bunch of shooting Saturday and yesterday so probably the zoo.
