Apparently not, and they are apparently air-tight, too.  I hope she went unconscious from the cold before suffocating.

So you're telling me that not only do people try to flash freeze themselves for "therapy" but that these freezers don't have an internal release like the commercial walk in freezers in a restaurant have?

First of all I'll be damned if I'm going to subject myself to even 3 minutes of that crazy low temperature and I damn sure ain't going to voluntarily enter a chamber that I can't release myself from.

This link shows a picture of a system that leaves your head exposed. 

I agree.  I have worked at plants that produce liquid nitrogen.  I can't imagine voluntarily doing this.
