When they were going under I bought a box of twinkies "just because."  They were unappetizing disgusting globs of sugary goo.
I hope the new makers have improved the recipe -- a lot.

Agreed, however there is a lot to be said for a frozen twinkie.

I don't know. I smoked some stuff in Thailand back in 77 (or was it 79? :D) that made you hallucinate after two hits. Real "Thai stick" not "tied to a stick". I've never smoked anything in the US that compared. Hawaiian came close though. It's been years since I tried any so maybe it does now. Getting high was never quite the same after Thailand.  :P

thai stick back then was often opiated. or so i heard. 

20 years ago there was stuff so strong people couldn't drive  we called it 1 1/2 hit.  you really didn't need 2.
It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

That's entirely possible although I saw no actual evidence that it was. Of course I wouldn't have know what to look for either. One thing though. They mixed theirs with tobacco. They thought we were crazy for smoking it straight and we thought they were crazy for mixing it with tobacco.  :laugh:

That'sonething about pot. You got to a point where enough was enough. Not like coke which there was no such thing as "enough". There was never enough. Never tried heroin. ;)
