Hoping someone here is a security guru and can help. I just bought a house and it has a Brinks system monitoring 4 zones (I think). It is unplugged right now and I don't believe the previous owners used it as they did not supply any info or codes at closing. I DO NOT want/need monitoring by Brinks, I just want to get it going so that it will alert if the house is breached. I will post the model number of the panel and system when I can get it but is there a common way to reset these Brinks systems to a default state so I can reprogram everything?
