That time of year again: Child Abuse Awareness Month
« on: April 10, 2008, 11:04:09 PM »
Hey all!

Yep... once again, posting to remind y'all that April is Child Abuse Awareness Month.

If you have time or money, look into something to help out abused children: donate to a charity (www.bacainternational.org), look into volunteering (http://www.nationalcasa.org/), or whatever you feel able to do.

To all you parents: teach your kids to take care of themselves, and to tell you if something happens. And if y'all see something, act on it: silence and apathy are the largest enemies in the fight against child abuse.

Truth.
Thanks for the reminder, Strings, and also for the good works.
