Yep... once again, posting to remind y'all that April is Child Abuse Awareness Month.
If you have time or money, look into something to help out abused children: donate to a charity (
www.bacainternational.org), look into volunteering (
http://www.nationalcasa.org/), or whatever you feel able to do.
To all you parents: teach your kids to take care of themselves, and to tell you if something happens. And if y'all see something, act on it: silence and apathy are the largest enemies in the fight against child abuse.
