and the Torque app for Android which was about $10, IIRC.

All in for around $30 and the app lets me modify some programs on my car, like turning off the stupid fake exhaust noise.  It also offers real-time monitoring and tracks performance.

I need the use of one that will work on ABS systems on OBD-III for my Ford Escape Titanium.

Reading the reviews, it appears this particular tool requires you to pay $10 additional per vehicle you want to plug it into?
