Being placed on a "list" is a form of conviction w/o trial. Specially when people on the "list" can't enjoy freedoms that others not on the list can, like season tickets or using air transportation. As citizens we ought to make a bigger deal of these arbitrary "lists" because they will come back to bite us when we least expect them.
