"Person of Color" Vaccine Exemption

Cornell has a requirement that everyone there get a flu shot. Unless you're a "person of color". I'll be interested to see how this is legal (from the view of a white student who refuses the shot and pursues the matter when they are expelled for refusing).

I remember when the vaccine first seemed possible the SJWs were concerned that the vaccine wouldn't be accessible to underserved communities.  Actually that concern seemed more reasonable to me because the underserved communities are the most affected by covid.

Interestingly, I just saw on the TV that the first person in the US to get a vaccine against the CCP bioweapon was a female black nurse, vaccine administered by black medical personnel.

I wonder what Cornell has to say about medical experimentation on black people now?
