My daily ride is a silver 2003 Suzuki SV650S.  I also have an '89 GS500 I let my roommate ride.

Me at T-Hill last July (before  I crashed Smiley  )

Still shuffling along on my geriatric yellow/black 2002 GSXR 750. No deliberate external mods apart from indicators and a cut down rear "fender" I believe you chaps call it. As Atek knows my attempts at cosmetic alteration revolve around a road sign, several hundred gallons of salty marsh water and a 50/50 mix of alluvial mud and cow $*it.  Have you still got that picture Atek? I have nowhere to host it Sad.

Honda Shadow Aero 750 here. Use it to commute to work and ride for fun in hills and on the winding country roads of East-Central Oklahoma.

I'm still on my first bike: '05 Ninja 250R...I did nearly 2500 miles in less than 2 months. I'm still trying to decide if I want a 600RR or 636 this year or if I want to wait until next year (for insurance cost reasons).

I hate topics like this... Sad

Back in South Africa, I had a series of bikes, culminating in a BMW R100RT tourer, which I loved madly.  Then, when I came to the USA back in '97, I didn't have enough money for a while to afford a bike.  Just when I was getting to the point where I could again afford something decent, along came my back injury.  Two years and two surgeries later, the neurosurgeon tells me that if I ride a bike again with my fused spine, he will have nothing to do with me, and will refuse to operate on any damage caused by the pounding the fusion site will take (it's the lower spinal extremity).  So - no more bikes for me... Sad

Still, I guess I shouldn't complain too much - I'm still able to walk! Smiley

I used to ride a '78 Shovelhead FXR.  Too many snowbirds down here in Florida wanted to kill me with their Cadillacs, Lincolns, Mercurys, Crown Vics, and Mercedes, so I put the bike in storage. I had no problem in Daytona during Bike Weeks, it was loose snowbirds out in public.  It sits in a heated garage in Wisconsin, next to my dad's '42 Indian 442.  As I tidy up some loose ends down here prior to my official retirement date, I'm looking forward to moving back to Wisconsin and riding my FXR again.  Cheesy

I miss my bikes. They were all just old Jap bikes but they were fun to ride. Street bikes Suzuki 400 (single cylinder badass), Yahmaha 750 Special. Dirt bikes Honda 125 4 stroke and Yahmaha 100 2 stroke. Well I don't want that old Honda back.

Reading posts like this want to go on to Ebay and find another bike.

I've been riding dirt bikes for a little while and started looking at some 250 Ninjas recently. I saw how many were wrecks and now I'm thinking twice about wanting a road bike lol.
