I thought that possibly someone had carefully observed the obvious tactics and strategies of the antifa movement and set them down in writing in the instant document.
True or not, generated by the antifas or not, false flag operation or not, the OP's document still presents obvious procedures in use by the antifas in a single "leaked" document.
The possible similarity to the Zionist Protocols as essentially a false flag operation occured to me instantly, hence my immediate question as to authenticity.
