Maxine Waters: Sequestration could cost 170 million jobs
« on: February 28, 2013, 05:41:34 PM »
Maxine Waters announced that sequestration plans could eliminate 170 million jobs in the US. Problem with that is that there's currently 134 million jobs total.

How can someone that dumb keep getting re-elected?

Obviously this quote is taken out of context. Surely she was talking about the 170 million Chinese and Indian workers who rely on America buying their crap.  [popcorn]

I'm pretty sure she thinks job is a verb as in "the opportunity to job 170 million taxpayers will be lost.

Do you just get randomly friended or something? I'm curious how after all this time you still manage to get unfriended.

Nothing that woman says has any relevance with reality.  She probably reflects the intelligence of the majority of her constituency.

She might have meant 170 billion jobs. Or seventeen jobs. Or Steve Jobs. So don't quote her, obviously. Racist.

I am waiting for her to debate Sheila Jackson Lee on the benefits of the US sending Astronauts to Mars back in the 60's.

Don't forget her fellow CBC member Hank "Won't Guam tip over" Johnson.  And Joe "Felonies with Guns"  Biden.

Notice how they all have a "D" after their names....

So how do we tell if the D stands for Democrat or Dumbass?

I believe someone within her group said she misspoke and it should have been 170 thousand.  Nobody seems to hold the president to knowing how many states we have or even respecting the law.

Dan Quayle is a frickin rocket scientist who can perform open heart surgery compared to his current counterpart. Yet the media treats Biden with respect and Quayle is still considered a laughingstock.

If the media actually did its job Waters would have been hounded out of office by her own constituents.

The fifth column has done its job well. Liberty has been crushed between the crucible of the mainstream media and liberal progressive statist education complex.
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

Don't forget about the impeached Florida federal judge, Alcee Hastings, who is now a D congressman.

Yeah, wasn't Dan Quayle hounded for misspelling patatoes or something?  I think it was actually just reading of a misspelled card wasn't it.
