Scott Walker and John Doe Investigation Part II
« on: December 22, 2015, 05:29:55 PM »
Seems that the Wisconsin Supreme Court denied Cert on the John Doe case, effectively killing it.

However, Milwaukee County District Attorney is going to appeal to the USSC.  Which has put the liberals into overdrive.  It's in my FB feed from my liberal friends, yet I can only find two stories.  One from Mother Jones ( ;/) and the other from PoliticsUSA ( ;/ ;/)  both long recognized for their impartiality and fair reporting..

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go take a shower.....

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.

Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

The left so desperately needs this to go on- they enjoyed the power that comes from jackboots terrorizing their political enemies.
This political witch hunt can be traced all the way to the White House.
The WI GAB (government accountabiity board- if you've ever heard of such an oxymoron)has been colluding with the Milwaukee DA office (This type of investigation could only have come out of Milwaukee or Madison), The head of the GAB has been found to be communicating with Lois Lerner over tactics that can be used to hurt conservatives in the state.

On top of all of this, some of the people who have had their homes and businesses raided have filed civil rights lawsuits.

This has been multi-year scorched earth on the part of the Left, because effectively destroying an entire state's public sector unions is a threat to every state's Democratic fundraising cycle.

Public union dues > Democrat political donations > pass laws/increase public unions > repeat.

SCOTUS will not find in favor of the John Doe on the infinitesimal chance they give the case cert.

So right now the case is two things:

1. Hail Mary pass on the tiny chance they could win somehow.

2. Dragging out the scorched earth as far as possible to make dismantling any other state's public unions as scary as possible to anyone else considering the reforms Walker and the Legislature put in place.

I promise not to duck.

The left has long since figured out how to create layers of laws to protect themselves while they use the law to persecute you.

Someday some of them are going to piss off the guy with nothing left to lose and nothing left to live for that just wanted to be left the hell alone.

And WI is in a unique position of having the database of everyone who signed the recall. Print it off before SHTF and the internet/lights go off though.

No need to go homicidal . . .

Things would be SO much better if we could simply bring back the kinder, gentler Colonial American custom of tarring, feathering, and running someone out of town on a rail . . .
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

Agreed.  It would be entertaining, as well. One could sell tickets, or prime time advertising.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.

Both were often eventually fatal.

Ridden out of town on a rail, generally meant tied, and balanced by your crotch on a pole or rail carried over the shoulders of townspeople. Depending on the surroundings, exile could mean death.
