That state is so far in debt it’s unbelievable. Then again when the federal government bails you it why even worry about your states debt.
Some cities could benefit from razing blocks of vacant places, and just putting in manufactured housing, sold at subsidized cost to folks like vets, etc... I wonder - does anyone know the failure rate with the Habitat for Humanity stuff?
