What's the Vig on PAC Funding?

The abuse of PAC funds appears to happen pretty equally on both sides of the aisle, but it cracks me up that the liberal, "I hate the 1% and their evil banks" Dem is charging 18% interest on her loan to her own PAC. I'd like a piece of that action.
