A lot, I say.I've been reading about police abuse on the internet for almost two decades now and I still shouldn't be shocked by these accounts but yet I am.
I don't understand why the cops in this case were so Hell-bent on charging Stillwagon.
Especially when they had a much more promising target in Mattingly.
Stillwagon was a local hero. Mattingly was a convicted murderer who was witnessed trying to kill Stillwagon numerous times. They had witnesses and video that all back Stillwagon yet chose to make him the perp and Mattingly the victim.
Why? Who would you rather have off the streets? It makes no sense.
How many times had they arrested and charged the wrong person in other cases? That's not answered in the link but I'm going to guess multiple times.
Every case they've ever worked needs to be re-examined. They're proven liars and conspirators so nothing they say should be trusted and that means everything they've ever touched, written, or testified to in any investigation.
