I think fistful is on the city council in St Charles..
Only he would ban profanity and obsentity.
So which is fistful's fault? The profanity/obscenity or the ban?
The ban..
J/k Fistful I had to blame someone.

I thought fistful didn't go into bars. Why would he care what they did or didn't do in bars?
Maybe he has control issues on top of everything else.

The weird thing about smoking bans and such is that I've never talked to anyone who wholeheartedly supports them - left-wing, right-wing or other.
I support smoking bans in any public place, or establishment with employees. If you are the sole owner proprietor and employee then the government should have to kiss off.

But if people choose to work for you and/or patronize your establishment, then screw your private property rights.

He has always voted to preserve the Constitution, cut government spending, lower healthcare costs, end the war on drugs, secure our borders with immigration reform and protect our civil liberties.

But I'm opposed to smoking bans. And you support smoking bans, right?

Yes, because I believe government should be as intrusive and curtail as many liberties as possible.
Oh, wait. That's not me. That's GWB and the GOP.

Smoking or non-smoking.....government shouldn't be involved in what a person does with his own privately-owned business as long as it doesn't involve an enumerated Constitutional protection (RKBA, for example)......
Personally, I'll frequent the non-smoking establishments on most occasions. Sometimes, I'll go for the smoke. I just don't want to go to the ones that occasionally burst into flames.....
