Is it just me or is anyone else seeing this error msg on APS?

I'm seeing this just above every post on nearly every thread...
is it on my end or the forums?

It's been there for a couple of days. I started a thread earlier in the week. Oleg and Derek are on it but no word yet.

The symptom could be treated by opening php.ini and either turning error reporting off or setting the threshold to not report warnings.
