I posted my resume to a number of job search websites, and have gotten a number of hits from head hunters who want to talk to me about positions.

Head hunters can do a good job for you. Just make sure that the employer pays their fee and NOT you.

Just one word of advice: if they ask you if you'd be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, tell them "no." Wink
