Seems to me those who set/enforce "zero-tolerance" policies may be creating a zero-tolerance in response.

Can anyone make out what the woman said before she got hit?  All I could get was "THC in her system".  Is there any context to this video?

Another query as to context. I am unable make out exactly what is going on, aside from a random smack to the jaw.

The woman who was punched was justifying some action because Terry "had THC in her system."

It kinda looks like a courthouse in the background.

Anyway it was a pretty good whack for an arm punch.
