Title: Police Officer shot and killed in my hometown.
Post by: Scout26 on July 29, 2017, 04:33:00 PM
He was one of two Full-Time paid officers.  The rest are unpaid reserves.  He and two other officers  (one off-duty) responding to a rollover accident when the driver opened fire.

He had asked the Chief if he could come in late that day, so he could walk his son to his first day of kindergarten.

RIP LT. Allen.

And they wonder why juries are so hesitant to convict in cases like the Castile shooting...

My free suggestion to the prosecutor is that he/she show that picture above to the jury.

I don't think there will be a jury. Unless there were two VERY similar incidents on the same day, the other officers killed the perp.

Which means probably nobody will know why the idiot opened fire.

Only animals fight back when you're trying to rescue them.
