If the plate stays in one place, it's not hard to do. You do need decent editing software, though. I use Final Cut Pro, but that's $1k, so it might be a bit pricey.

It actually works on old Daguerrotypes, amusingly. They were time exposed, and the detail is incredibly fine because it's a chemical process on a metal plate at nearly the molecular level. You can literally zoom in on a tiny sign in the distance and read it.

Here is a video of me shooting the Bushmaster BA50 off a front porch... It has one of the most efficient Muzzle Brake / Recoil reducer out there... What I was never warned of is that this means a LARGE blast of air results to both sides and to the rear of the shooter. The blast actually blew out a tiki torch wick 6 feet away!!! I wanted to share this with the forum - it could be a safety issue if anyone nearby does not have eye protection on, and dirt/sand/rocks etc are kicked up in thier faces....
