I'm extremely saddened.
Because of this:
Man, forcing a guy out of his job just to silence a parody is harsh; Sean Spicier (@sean_spicier) July 21, 2017 (https://twitter.com/sean_spicier/status/888437552054718464)
Noooooooo! Not Spicier!

I think Sham Sean can keep doing his thing. People will still think he's the genuine article, and they will still get mad at everything he says.
-
Melissa McCarthy and the writers of Saturday Night Live are probably the saddest of all.
-
The real comedian here, Spicier and McCarthy notwithstanding, is Trump. His new comms director is the guy that CNN went so fake news on that they had to sack 3 people just to atone for it.

Ha! All is not lost! The Scaramuicci parody account has already been set up!

My fervent hope that on Trump's last day in office he gives the Presidential Medal of Freedom (or Humour) to whomever is behind the Spicier/Scarmuicci twitter accounts.
