Title: Introducing the Ohio Ordnance REAPR .338NM Belt-Fed Machine Gun
Post by: Ron on January 27, 2024, 09:58:32 AM
Ran across this and thought it was pretty cool. I've never even fired an automatic weapon so it there may be other obvious superior options. Just idle Saturday morning entertainment on youtube (Other calibers available as well).

For a heavier machine gun, that is not all that big.  I like that.  Of course, a lot of people avoid 338 due to the cost of ammo for a bolt action rifle.

OK, that one is pretty neat.

.338 Norma Magnum had me thinking it was a belted head cartridge, but I'm glad to see that it's not.

Cost of ammo?

As a post '86 machine gun, it's only available to government agencies - and they have deep pockets thanks to the taxpayers. (Uncle Sam, you're welcome.)
