I had never even heard of this guy before.  93 confessed murders and the FBI thinks they are credible confessions.  He has an amazing memory for details of the crimes.

It's extremely difficult for me to understand the minds of people like this. He talks about these murders, and commits them as frequently, as other people talk about and go bowling or something.

Appears at least one, possibly more, of his victims was from the Lubbock area. Screwed up.

Since many of these victims were at the bottom rung of society, I imagine more than a few didn't get a great deal of investigation or their deaths were easily dismissed. 

It also reminds me of comments I have heard from law enforcement types who say most people would be surprised how few people commit a large number of the crimes.
