I haven't ever solved one of these.  Has to be the most complicated thing I have ever tried and I thought I was sorta smart.

Great!

Sudoku , is obviously not a type of fish or a new vehicle/ motorcycle.

I used to be great at the hand held puzzles with digits, slide them around and put in order.
Not too bad on crosswords, rusty, out of practice..

I play Sudoku, hit the "how am I doing?"

Anyone else rec'd a "never done this before have you ?" message?

I need to see one more complete.

Do you get anything for making mistakes in all the grids?  I got that part figured out.

Someone that can post a pic - with tips...helpppp!

I attempted to build an Excel spreadsheet with formulas to solve these puzzles, but failed.

Not bad.  I took 40 minutes.  But now I pretty much have the strategy down.  There are two major techniques for finding the next number.  Apply those and you won't make any mistakes.  My curiousity may be perked enough to try and write a program to solve these...

P.S.  On reflection, it's only one technique, just with a different outlook.
