is it because there is to much info on that page?
Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".

Probably. Especially if you are on dial up. It's probably trying to load music or some javascript in the background that  your connection can't keep up with.

You've heard a half-cocked theory, but the real reason is that your computer is aghast with the evil that is myspace, and is trying to sacrifice itself to save you from viewing it's horrors. Thank your computer by never returning.

Piss Poor Web Page design. Especially with graphics and music if that's the hold up. When designing a web page you can force the rest of the page to load while the graphics and music are loading. If you forget to set the flag (I forget how - been a while) then every thing happens linearly and loads all in a row and until one thing is done the next thing will not even start.
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love
truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile.
