SAFR is holding board elections and those who want to run had to send a notice saying they intend to run. This is the best one I got:

Please include my name on the list of those running for a spot in the March 25th election for the BoD of SAFR.

Just a guess, but perhaps board of directors, for the Shooters' Alliance for Firearm Rights.

Ya always got to watch electable platforms like that.  I was asked to run for president of a chapter of my professional society just to "be another name on the ballot".  My platform was a sarcastic dig at the current president-to plan and promulgate meetings far enough in advance for people to be able to actually attend.

Darn it if I wasn't elected in a landslide!!!!
