On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.

Actually, I was thinking WP.....kills & cooks at the same time.....  ;)

...besides, wild boar makes for lousy bacon anyway....not enough fat on the belly....  :'(

It's OK. With the crops we save through wild hog genocide, we can feed plenty of domestic pigs for bacon.
