IT folks - is Tee Support still i business?

Are they still in business?

If not, what on-line remote help companies do you recommend?

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

Hey you kids!! Get off my lawn!!!

They keep making this eternal vigilance thing harder and harder.  Protecting the 2nd amendment is like playing PACMAN - there's no pause button so you can go to the bathroom.

Remote support, as in you pay for it and you let Hadji remote in and fix (for a broad value of "fix") your pc?  Never seen anything that was worth it.  Most I've seen are scams, or border on it.

This. I'm sure some ethical or professional internet based general PC help company exists, but it's in a vast sea of scams or subpar competence. Find a local PC shop, remove all personal files from the PC if possible. I'd generally recommend asking them to do a general wipe and reload of the entire OS. I generally don't troubleshoot significant operating system problems. Takes too long, is problematic, and generally is never perfect. Wipe and reload always works.
"Rev, your picture is in my King James Bible, where Paul talks about "inventors of evil."  Yes, I know you'll take that as a compliment."  - Fistful, possibly highest compliment I've ever received.

Thank you for your opinions.  (Which I agree are 99 44/100ths correct.)

Now, does anybody know the answer to the question?

stay safe.

This is what I do for a living. About 30% of my business is being done remotely now. If you're having issues, pm me and I'll give you my actual contact info.

I sent him to some help for his particular issue and am waiting to hear back from him at this point. He caught a nasty bug...
