One of my soldiers is now the SAC in Boston.  He's very much pro-2A.  (He also took over as ass't SAC in Phoenix AFTER F&F became a scandal.  He was sent there to clean it up.  And a lot of the clean up was done on the Q-T.)

Sigh...  Totally ignores the reason why the ATF is banned from doing that. 

Because they were such dicks that they didn't go after violent criminals, but tried to get gun collectors on technicalities and complicated stings.

I suspect that in reality  ATF agents are as varied in their opinion regarding the 2A  as any other organization of similar size is.


P.S.   ---  Perhaps the NRA  and others would be less fearful of big bad govt. if  it's police agencies were less prone to shooting 14 year old kids in the back,  unarmed women through door windows, and attacking religious communism -- no matter how wacky --- as well as being somewhat more efficient, thorough, and honest in their regular enforcement activities.
