Horrendous heartburn

When I was substantially overweight I used to get this all the time - pressure right in the sternum. Haven't had the problem except very occassionally for some years.

Last night I had several Jack and egnnogs (neither of which I normally drink), which of the two is causing my problem do you think?

I've gotten heartburn from liquor before(I think).  My bet is on the Jack.

It could be the Jack combined with the raw eggs, milk, whipcream and rum (eggnog) LoL

In my humble opinion...EGGNOG SUCKS!;)

Must have something to do with not being able to drink it.  You know, cholesterol and all.
