Clearly we must ban handguns instead.

It should work about as well as the War On Drugs  :P

Actually, one might wonder what the problem is, except for sometimes they miss  >:D

The article doesn't mention how many of the "victims" who were killed had criminal records themselves . . . which I suspect would lead a great many people to put those particular deaths into the "good riddance" category, regardless of race.
