As far as I can tell, the opening salvo in World War T was the long, celebratory article “A Pioneer, Reluctantly” in the New York Times on May 10, 2013. It was about transsexual mixed martial arts fighter Fallon Fox’s heroic struggle to overcome outdated prejudices and be allowed to beat up women for money.

Here’s an update on last night’s MMA bout from Knuckle Junkies:

Quote
Ray Rice beating up his fiance (now wife) is the worst thing in the history of the world because Rice is a man, but Fox beating up women for money requires our You Go, Girl approbation because Fox is an ex-man.

Sort of like a mirror image relative to sex/prostitution.

The one woman who beat FF in a MMA bout:

I was expecting an article about police brutality.

Surely you see the difference between mutual combat and someone beating their spouse?

Why, yes I do.  The Rice matter, from the video I saw, was mutual combat and his then-fiancee initiated the combat.

So, both cases of mutual combat, one promising remuneration at its conclusion.

Hmm... This is the first time I've seen the video.  Before that I was hearing things like he beat her down in the elevator, implying multiple hits.

First, She appears to be very physical towards him.  She hit him on video before the elevator, though obviously it was minor.  Then there's some sort of snafu by the control panel, after three viewings it looks like she hit him again - my first viewing didn't really give me a clear picture, the second had me wondering if he hit her there, the third shows her arm moving in a way that implies SHE was striking him.  Edit: After DOWNLOADING the video and parsing through it practically frame by frame, it looks like she hits him low, he hits her in the head then backs up.  It only made her mad, because she pursues, then he knocks her out.

Regardless, from what I've read about serious abusers, they wouldn't have stopped at that point.

My last thought about him:  Ray Rice is lousier at hauling people around than I am.  I would have had her over my shoulders and going in half that time.

Conclusion:  If he wasn't a black football player I think he'd have a good shot at arguing self defense/reflex upon being attacked.  Going by what looked to be two strikes BEFORE he started hitting her back, it looks like she was the combative one, not him.  He was just more effective at it when he responded.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.
