Yeah, totally screwed up the commute. Except for me, I got on way after it and was wondering why traffic was so light/fast until I heard about it on the radio.
The guy got stopped late last night/early morning and the stand off continued into rush-hour closing the freeway.

Seems like a simple stolen car situation, the people wouldn't get out, and the idea they had a bomb got involved somehow. (odds are they didn't)
