Fake Cracking of Skywalk Glass

Sorry it's a Gizmodo* link, but I thought this was pretty funny. A glass skywalk in China has embedded LCD screens and sound to make it look like it's shattering as people walk over it. 

I suppose if this was done in the US, a lawsuit would be forthcoming.

* I used to like, or at least not mind Gizmodo when they mostly talked tech. Nowadays they seem to be 95% progressive talking points and 5% tech.

That's like the one I saw where they put similar panels in the floor of an elevator and could make it look as if the floor was falling away and people were standing over a very deep canyon.
