Thanks boys. I'd planned on trying a new chicken recipe this evening. Chicken's now in the freezer, bacon's in the skillet. =D

I'm not stopping you from feeding out your own butcher hogs.  =D

Though if it makes you feel better I've only got about 5# of bacon in the freezer and will in all likely hood be "out of bacon"* before my current crop of pork is ready.
I do still have ham and sausage as well as pork chops and 2 large roasts(1/4 of small pigs).


*I might have actually buy bacon.
