WW2 in photos
« on: November 06, 2011, 03:41:38 PM »
These photos were originally posted weekly to TheAtlantic.com from June 19 through October 30, 2011, running every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

I thought I had seen most of the WW2 phots out there but these were some I had never seen.

Thanks for posting that Bob! Pretty interesting stuff.
Personally, I do not understand how a bunch of people demanding a bigger govt can call themselves anarchist.
I meet lots of folks like this, claim to be anarchist but really they're just liberals with pierced genitals. - gunsmith

Add another to say thanks for posted this.  I had seen some of these pictures before but not in this context.  Gives me something to look at while kiddos are in school and I'm bored home on leave.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
