Futures market has been halted

Breakers were pulled after futures fell over 500pts before the bell.

That CAN'T be a good sign.

On the plus side, OPEC ministers cut 1.5 million barrels per day from production quotas and the price of oil dropped another $5 a barrel.

It looks like what some analysts are saying is coming true...

OPEC now has no ability to control the price of oil in the current market.
