Yeah, I watched that earlier.

He said the the 9-11-2011 attacks could have been thwarted if the us.gov had used the economical and constitutional tools that it already had.

Not too surprising, given that the FBI willfully ignored citizen reports of muslim males wanting to learn to fly, but not take off and land.  ;/
