Suspicious munitions planted in Saint Louis!!

Dateline: the apartments where I slave for peanuts.

Two live, .22 LR cartridges were found outside the patio door of an apartment on the first floor.  !!!  The resident found them lying just outside the door on the patio, on two seperate occasions.  !!! 

I don't know if they were dropped by someone walking around outside her door (which could be a little scary), or dropped from a balcony above, of which there are several.  Is it likely a .22 could pop off if the rim hit the concrete from the third floor?

I immediately contacted el supervisor, who said, "That's odd.  Keep an eye on things, OK?" 

No links have been found to the mysterious .22 Short that recently terrorized London.  Developing...

I guess the problem is growing.  .22 short in London and now it's .22 LR in St Louis.  Do wake me up when it's .50 BMG in SFX, okay?

Further proof of an unfolding, coordinated terrorist attack against the West! They're getting serious now, they've stepped up to .22 LR. What if a& a.17 HMR is next?! I'm terrified that in my lifetime, I may wake up and hear on the news that some nut dropped a .30-06 on somebody's doorstep. Dark times ahead...

I wouldn't be too scared of it if it was a case of M2 ball headstamped LC69 in Garand clips and bandoleers. grin

I found a 9x18 cartridge on my bedroom floor today, and a .308 round in the hallway!

*Breaking News!*  Dateline:  the sleepy Wabash Valley, Lafayette, Indiana:

I took in a delivery of magazines and ammo today at the office at lunch.  When I walked it down to load in the SUV I found two empties in .45acp in the back of my SUV!  The terror continues!
